May mas malaki ba?
-If you prefer bigger space, you can also check other units sa Cavite, Cabanatuan, Iriga and Legazpi na solar-paneled pa rin.

Single ba?
-Ako ba o yung bahay? Charot. Hindi po e. You can check the other units sa Cavite, Cabanatuan, Iriga and Legazpi.
Itatayo pa lang?
-Yes. Great things take time. If taeng-tae, you can check ready for occupancy units.
Buhos?
-Yes.
Rent to own?
-No. Pre-selling po, meaning itatayo pa lang. Rent to own is just a marketing strategy ng iba, pero pre-selling din ang process. Been there. Hahaha
Kelan lilipat?
-Once okay na ang bahay. Expectations will be properly set once you have decided to reserve a unit, like construction start date and target end date.
May commission ka ba dito?
-I wonder why we hesitate and feel cheated pag may makukuha ang kakilala natin. If mas bet natin kumuha sa di kilala o di recommended ng kakilala, invest at your own risk. Kung meron mang commission, balato niyo na sa akin dahil may pinapatuka akong mga manok. Charot.
How about condo?

Through pag-ibig?
